High INQUIRY Role:
How we ask questions.

We also seek to understand the impact of our questions on others.

We must attempt to always be clear.
Listeners must be able to understand our opinion before they can agree with it.
We learn more by holding our opinions firmly and attempting to obtain full agreement.
We gain deeper insight by articulating differences precisely.
We improve our opinions when we eliminate “pretend” agreement.
We improve our opinions by understanding the doubts and questions of others.
We seek to understand the impacts of our opinions on others.
